About the Company

We are looking for experienced SAP MDG Technical Consultants specializing in Material Master Data to join our team. The roles involve hands-on technical development, configuration, solution design, integration, troubleshooting, and client engagement for SAP Master Data Governance implementations.

About the Role

We are hiring across two levels:

- Senior SAP MDG Consultant – C1: 10–12 years of relevant experience
- SAP MDG ABAP Technical Consultant – B3: 8–10 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities Technical Development & Solution Design

- Design, develop, configure, and implement SAP MDG solutions with a primary focus on Material Master Data .
- Work on MDG data models, change request processes, workflows, and technical enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
- Develop and customize solutions using ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP, BAdIs, enhancements, and Web Services .
- Design and configure complex BRF+ rules for validation, derivation, and routing.
- Customize and enhance Web Dynpro ABAP components and MDG user interfaces.
- Support and extend SAP Fiori/UI5 applications related to MDG.
- Configure and manage Data Replication Framework (DRF) and integration technologies such as ALE and SOA .

Material Master Data

- Implement and support SAP MDG solutions specifically for the Material domain .
- Configure material-related data models, workflows, validations, derivations, and change request processes.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Material Master Data.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across integrated systems.

Integration & Performance

- Work on MDG integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.




- Troubleshoot and optimize data replication and integration processes.
- Perform performance tuning of MDG workflows, processes, and replication.
- Ensure solutions follow SAP technical standards and best practices.

Client & Team Collaboration

- Work closely with functional consultants, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in client discussions and provide technical guidance.
- Communicate technical solutions, challenges, and recommendations effectively.
- Support technical teams and mentor junior developers where required.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure quality and maintainability of deliverables.

Documentation & Quality Assurance

- Prepare technical design documents, specifications, development documentation, and test plans.
- Perform unit testing and support UAT and defect resolution.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, technical guidelines, and quality processes.
- Prepare troubleshooting and technical support documentation.

Qualifications For Senior SAP MDG Consultant – C1

- 10–12 years of overall SAP experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of SAP MDG experience .
- Strong expertise in SAP MDG Material Master Data .
- Proven experience as a Senior Technical Consultant / Technical Architect .
- Strong experience in ABAP, BRF+, Web Dynpro ABAP, Fiori/UI5, DRF, ALE, and SOA .




- Experience in MDG technical architecture, solution design, and large-scale SAP implementations.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
- Experience handling client-facing technical discussions and leading technical streams.
- SAP MDG and/or SAP S/4HANA certification is highly desirable.

For SAP MDG ABAP Technical Consultant – B3

- 8–10 years of overall SAP experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP MDG technical development .
- Strong expertise in SAP MDG Material Master Data .
- Strong hands-on experience with ABAP/Object-Oriented ABAP, BAdIs, enhancements, BRF+, Web Services, and DQM .
- Experience with MDG data models, change requests, workflows, and technical customizations.
- Good knowledge of Fiori/UI5 applications related to MDG.
- Experience with integration and data replication frameworks.
- SAP MDG certification is highly desirable.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
