Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP iRPA with BPA Consultant with 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP automation and business process automation. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying automation opportunities, developing and deploying automation solutions, and supporting SAP-integrated workflows.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with SAP iRPA and SAP Build Process Automation , strong understanding of SAP business processes, and the ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business processes and identify suitable opportunities for RPA and process automation .
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using SAP iRPA and SAP Build Process Automation .
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
- Develop bots and automation workflows for repetitive and rule-based business processes.
- Configure and implement workflows, approvals, forms, business rules, and process automation scenarios using SAP BPA.
- Integrate automation solutions with SAP and non-SAP applications.
- Work with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, web applications, desktop applications, APIs, and other enterprise systems as required.
- Develop automation workflows using appropriate connectors, APIs, actions, and integration capabilities.
- Perform bot monitoring, troubleshooting, error handling, and production support.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and regression testing.




- Prepare technical and functional documentation for automation solutions.
- Work with business users to gather requirements and validate automated processes.
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing automations and optimize business processes.
- Support deployment, release management, and post-production stabilization.
- Monitor automation performance and ensure bots/processes meet agreed SLAs.
- Analyze automation failures and perform root-cause analysis.
- Provide knowledge transfer and support to business and technical teams.

SAP iRPA Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (iRPA) .
- Experience in bot development, configuration, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Understanding of SAP iRPA architecture and automation lifecycle.
- Experience integrating SAP applications with external applications.
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, browser automation, and application integration.
- Experience handling exceptions, business rules, and automation errors.

SAP Build Process Automation Skills
- Experience with SAP Build Process Automation (BPA) .
- Workflow and process development.
- Forms and approval processes.
- Business rules and decision logic.
- Process visibility and monitoring.
- Integration with SAP and third-party applications.
- Use of available SAP connectors and APIs.




- Understanding of process automation and workflow orchestration.

Integration & Technical Skills
- SAP S/4HANA / SAP ECC integration.
- REST APIs / OData / web services.
- SAP BTP fundamentals.
- SAP Business Technology Platform integration concepts.
- Web and desktop application automation.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript or similar scripting concepts is an advantage.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure integration practices.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in SAP iRPA, SAP Build Process Automation, RPA, workflow automation, or related technologies.
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing automation solutions.
- Good understanding of SAP business processes and SAP application integration.
- Ability to independently analyze requirements and develop automation solutions.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with functional, technical, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP BTP .
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP Build Apps, SAP Integration Suite, or related SAP BTP services.
- Exposure to AI/ML-enabled automation is an advantage.
- SAP certification in automation, BTP, or related technologies is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
