Description

- We are seeking an experienced Group Reporting Specialist with proven expertise in
- SAP Group Reporting (GR) implementations and support projects. The consultant will
- play a key role in system build, testing, training, go-live support, and knowledge transfer
- activities, ensuring successful delivery of the Group Reporting solution.
- Key Responsibilities
- SAP Group Reporting Build & Configuration
-  Perform build and configuration activities across:
- o Master Data
- o Data Monitor
- o Consolidation Monitor
- o Reporting Components
-  Configure and support SAP Group Reporting best-practice processes.
-  Interpret and work with functional and technical specifications to deliver
- required system enhancements and configurations.
- Testing Support
-  Support System Integration Testing (SIT) execution activities.
-  Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects identified during SIT.
-  Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of
- issues.
- Training & User Enablement




-  Prepare and support key-user training sessions.
-  Develop training materials and support documentation to facilitate business
- adoption.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
-  Support UAT planning and execution activities.
-  Investigate, document, and coordinate resolution of UAT defects.
-  Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure successful testing outcomes.
- Go-Live & Hypercare Support
-  Support the first month-end close following go-live.
-  Provide post-implementation hypercare support to ensure business continuity
- and stabilization.
-  Monitor and resolve production issues during the transition period.
- Knowledge Transfer
-  Conduct technical knowledge-transfer sessions for the respective support and
- operations teams.
-  Ensure support teams are equipped to manage ongoing system operations and
- maintenance.
- Documentation
-  Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:
- o Configuration Documents
- o Technical Runbooks
- o Testing Documentation
- o Knowledge Transfer Materials
