Job Description
Be responsible for building and strengthening the HR function with a transparent business-first mindset.
Develop & implement HR strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership on organisational goals.
Manage the HR team, while taking care of HR Business Partnering, People Operations and Talent Strategy.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate in this role meets the following criteria-
15+ years of experience
Should be business-aligned and have an understanding of P&L; management
Experience in HR leadership role in a Startup
Knowledge of HR practices in Manufacturing setup
