JOB DESRIPTION :
Proficiency in HPE Automated Assurance.
knowledge in IBM Netcool suite of products.
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud settings.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools.
Familiarity with deploying HPE Automated Assurance in Cloud infrastructure.
Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
