Looking for an IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of US staffing experience, preferably working with System Integrators / IT Services companies like TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Capgemini, HCL, LTI etc. to handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
Work on technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, SAP, QA, and Infrastructure.
Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, work authorization, location, rate, and availability.
Coordinate interviews, submissions, feedback, offers, and follow-ups.




Work with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and close positions.
Maintain solid candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.
Handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced US staffing workplace.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
Experience working with System Integrators or IT consulting firms preferred.
Knowledge of US work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, EAD, etc.).
Robust sourcing skills and knowledge of Boolean search.
Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Experience with ATS/CRM and recruiting tools.
