About the Role
The LV Sales – Building Segment role is responsible for driving business growth within the building industry by executing targeted sales strategies, managing key accounts, and supporting the introduction of new products. The role requires robust market insight, strategic customer engagement, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve regional business goals.
Responsibilities
Segment Strategy & Business Planning
Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales plans for the Building Segment in line with regional objectives.
Identify growth opportunities, define execution roadmaps, and ensure alignment with the overall LV business strategy.
Account Acquisition & Retention
Drive conversion of targeted accounts (MCL) and improve share of wallet within existing customer base.
Identify, prospect, and acquire current accounts to expand the segment footprint.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships to ensure sustained engagement and satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Product Support
Provide continuous market intelligence on competitor moves, pricing trends, and emerging technologies in the building industry.
Recommend new product introductions or enhancements based on customer needs and market gaps.
Support internal teams by sharing customer insights that contribute to product development and portfolio refinement.
