Job Title: Salesforce Tech Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with solid hands-on Salesforce development, architecture, integration, and technical leadership experience. The ideal candidate will lead Salesforce solution design, development, integrations, and Agentforce implementations , while mentoring the team and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, architecture, and development.
- Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce .
- Design and lead Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Design and implement Agentforce AI agents, actions, and automations .
- Lead deployments using CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor Salesforce developers.
- Conduct code and design reviews and ensure best practices, security, and performance.
- Lead data migration and integration activities.
- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce and integration issues and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills





- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience , with experience in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Triggers, Batch & Async processing .
- Hands-on Agentforce experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud .
- Strong experience in Salesforce integrations and third-party system integrations .
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware/integration platforms .
- Good knowledge of Flows, Validation Rules, and Salesforce automation .
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model and data architecture .
- Experience with Git, Copado, or other DevOps tools .
- Experience leading Salesforce development teams/projects.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certification.
- Salesforce Architect-level and Data cloud certifications.
- Experience with multi-org architecture .
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment .
- Experience designing enterprise-level Salesforce and integration solutions.
