About the Role :

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to design, develop, and execute automated tests for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce testing, test automation, and Copado Robotic Testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
- Automate functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.
- Create reusable test scripts and automation components using CRT.
- Execute automated test suites across Salesforce environments and releases.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Flows, Apex, LWC, integrations, and business processes.
- Analyze test results, identify failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Log, track, and manage defects using Jira or similar tools.
- Maintain and optimize existing CRT automation scripts and test suites.
- Integrate automated testing into Salesforce CI/CD and release processes.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, QA teams, and release managers.




- Participate in test planning, sprint ceremonies, release planning, and defect triage.
- Support UAT and production validation activities.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA/testing.
- Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).
- Strong experience in Salesforce test automation.
- Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Good understanding of Salesforce objects, data model, Flows, Apex, LWC, and integrations.
- Experience creating and maintaining automated test scripts.
- Good understanding of Salesforce releases and deployment processes.
- Experience with Jira or similar defect management tools.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Copado Robotic Testing certification or relevant Copado certification.
- Experience integrating CRT with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Copado DevOps and Salesforce deployment processes.
- Experience with API testing using Postman.
- Knowledge of SOQL for data validation.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
