This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Salesforce professional to lead the design, development, and support of Salesforce solutions aligned with financial services requirements, collaborating with offshore teams and U.S.-based stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.





Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams. You should have at least 8-10 years of experience as a Salesforce.com functional analyst or consultant, with demonstrated success in designing and delivering complex configuration-based solutions. Proven leadership in mentoring junior analysts or developers is essential, along with significant relevant experience within the Financial Services industry, particularly with Financial Services Cloud.

A passion for technology, architecture, and problem-solving at scale is crucial. You should have strong experience with object-oriented design, SQL, or Excel, and the ability to work independently within a distributed team environment. Excellent communication skills in English, with experience collaborating with U.S.-based stakeholders, are required.

Flexibility to accommodate overlapping hours with onshore teams as needed is also important. Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Financial Services Cloud are preferred.

Responsibilities

- Independently gather, analyze, and refine complex business requirements, partnering directly with stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Lead the design of technical and functional implementation solutions based on business needs, requiring minimal oversight.
- Architect and build scalable solutions leveraging Salesforce.com configuration tools such as objects, flows, formula fields, reports, dashboards, and AppExchange products, adhering to best practices and scalable design patterns.
- Develop and oversee comprehensive test strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables.




- Lead troubleshooting efforts during functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), resolving complex issues using advanced Salesforce debug tools.
- Facilitate business and technical discussions for requirement gathering, prototyping, design reviews, and testing phases, representing the team in cross-functional meetings.
- Design and govern scalable data models within Salesforce, applying object-oriented architecture principles to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Manage deployment and post-production support activities, utilizing scratch orgs and collaborating with technical leads on CI/CD best practices.
- Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvements, escalating issues as necessary.
- Coordinate effectively across offshore and onshore teams, supporting a seamless workflow and communication flow.
- Assist end-users with onboarding, training, and resolving operational issues to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce solutions.
