We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce platform capabilities. The ideal candidate should be technically strong with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring robust, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom Salesforce solutions.
- Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Configure Salesforce features including Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, and related platform capabilities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Teams,



and Cross-functional Teams in an Agile environment.
- Support CI/CD, deployment, and release management activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including both development and configuration.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing LWC and Apex solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and LWC.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, governor limits, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate multiple technical solution approaches.
- Strong experience in debugging, performance tuning, and resolving complex functional/technical issues.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Git/version control and Salesforce development tools.
- Experience with CI/CD and release management processes.
- Positive communication and collaboration skills with experience working in Agile methodologies.
