About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, architecture, integrations, data, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions based on business and technical requirements.
- Define solution architecture, technical standards, and best practices for Salesforce implementations.
- Lead architecture discussions with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams.
- Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
- Define Salesforce data architecture, security model, sharing, access controls, and governance.
- Review technical designs and ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and technical leads.
- Identify technical risks, performance issues, and scalability concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Oversee deployment, release management, and CI/CD processes.
- Participate in technical estimations, solution proposals,



and client presentations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
- Stay updated with new Salesforce features and recommend suitable platform capabilities.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with significant experience in solution/technical architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, sharing, and governance.
- Strong hands-on understanding of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce automation.
- Extensive experience designing Salesforce integrations and API-based solutions.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Solid experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Experience leading technical teams and large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Good understanding of Salesforce deployment, Git, CI/CD, and release management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is an added advantage.
- Experience with MuleSoft, OmniStudio, or other middleware/integration platforms.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Field Service, or other Salesforce clouds.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
