JD - 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Hands on experience as Scrum master driving delivery
- Domain knowledge and Financial services or private equity experience is required.
- Experience in gathering requirements for CRM (preferably Salesforce) related functions including system integration and data mapping.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to take initiative, anticipate needs, and drive tasks forward without waiting for direction
. • Solid understanding of business applications, systems integration, and data flow concepts.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid Agile delivery models, with comfort using Jira and Confluence
. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to bridge discussions between business and technical audiences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a energetic environment.
