– Automobile Team Leader Position: Team Leader – Automobile Department: Sales / Automobile Location: Gurugram, Haryana Experience: 3–5 Years in Automobile Industry Employment Type: Full Time Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Automobile Team Leader to manage and guide the team, achieve sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage the automobile sales team. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor individual team performance and prepare performance reports. Generate and follow up on customer leads. Ensure proper customer handling and excellent customer experience. Support team members in negotiations, product presentations, and closing deals.
Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle models, features, pricing, finance, and offers. Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Insurance, and other departments. Ensure proper follow-up of enquiries, test drives, bookings, and deliveries.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Ensure compliance with company and dealership processes. Maintain accurate records and update CRM/DMS regularly.

RequirementsGraduate preferred; Automobile/Management background will be an advantage. 3–5 years of relevant automobile dealership experience. Minimum 1–2 years of team-handling experience preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/DMS. Target-oriented with robust sales and negotiation skills. Valid driving license preferred.
