Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, in office position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for engaging prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products or services to drive sales. Day-to-day activities include conducting customer meetings, managing leads, following up on inquiries, and closing sales in alignment with company targets.

The Sales

Specialist will maintain accurate records in sales systems, prepare basic reports, and collaborate with colleagues to support promotional campaigns and service improvements. This role also involves providing product information, handling customer concerns,



and participating in periodic training to stay current on offerings and sales techniques.
