About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for employee expense management, accounts payable operations, statutory compliance, master data governance, MIS reporting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will possess robust accounting knowledge, sound analytical abilities, and experience working with multiple stakeholders to drive operational excellence and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Expense Management
Review and process employee expense reimbursements in line with company policies.
Analyze reimbursement trends and identify policy deviations or cost-saving prospects.




Handle exceptions and provide recommendations to strengthen financial controls.
Ensure compliance and effective expense governance.

Corporate Card Management
Monitor and account for corporate card expenses.
Review spending patterns and identify unusual transactions.
Collaborate with employees and managers for timely submission and closure of expenses.
Support cost-control initiatives through analytical insights.

Statutory Compliance
Ensure timely processing of statutory payments including PF, PT, LWF, and related compliances.
Review compliance data and recommend process improvements.
Support risk mitigation and regulatory adherence initiatives.

Accounts Payable Operations
Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
Verify invoices and ensure timely vendor payments.
Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
