Job Description – Marketing Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (On-site)

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, website, and other online platforms.
Create engaging LinkedIn posts, captions, and marketing content aligned with the company's branding and communication strategy.
Update website content, banners, landing pages, and marketing visuals to ensure fresh and relevant communication.
Capture and edit high-quality photographs and videos for corporate branding, employee engagement, interviews, events, and social media.
Produce short-form videos, reels, promotional clips, testimonials, and other multimedia content.
Design marketing creatives, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility and lead generation.




Maintain content calendars and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement, website traffic, and content effectiveness.
Coordinate with Singapore HQ and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of regional and global marketing initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and recommend cutting-edge ideas to improve engagement.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, Journalism, Multimedia, or a related discipline.
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
Experience managing LinkedIn business pages and creating engaging social media content.
Basic experience in website content management will be an added advantage.
A portfolio showcasing photography, videography, graphic design, or content creation work is preferred.
