We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Sales & Outreach Associate to join our growing team. This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys meeting people, exploring new opportunities, and building relationships with schools.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools and educational institutions to introduce ATBIX and its solutions.
- Conduct daily field visits and generate recent business leads.
- Meet school owners, principals, administrators, and decision-makers.
- Understand the school's requirements and introduce relevant ATBIX solutions.
- Generate interest and schedule follow-up meetings or product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads generated through field visits.
- Maintain daily records of visits, leads, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to convert qualified leads.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly field activity and lead-generation targets.
- Identify new schools and potential markets for ATBIX.

What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, marketing,



or a related role.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are welcome.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Goal-oriented and willing to work towards targets.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily field activities.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
