Job Role The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying potential customers, meeting them directly, and converting them into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify suitable and potential customers in the assigned area.
- Find the right customers based on the company’s target profile.
- Contact customers and schedule appointments.
- Visit customers personally and conduct direct meetings.
- Explain the products and services clearly.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Submit regular sales and customer visit reports.

Requirements

- Experience in Insurance, Banking,



Financial Services, or related fields is required.
- Good communication and speaking skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Willingness to travel and meet customers regularly.
- Skilled and executive appearance.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Support Provided

- GDA (General Distribution Assistance) will be provided by the company.
- Training and necessary product knowledge will be provided.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
