ROLE : Sales Officer Key Responsibilities: Source recent customers for gold loan products through fieldwork and branch activities Evaluate gold ornaments for purity and weight as per bank standards Process loan applications and ensure quick disbursal Maintain proper documentation and KYC compliance Build and maintain strong customer relationships Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets Handle customer queries and provide financial guidance Ensure safe handling and storage of pledged gold
