We are hiring Sales Officers for Home Loan, Auto Loan & Retail Loan sales across multiple locations in North, South, West and Central India.

Role & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, direct sourcing, references and market activities.
- Acquire new customers for Home Loans, Auto Loans and Retail Loans.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to customer onboarding and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation and process to prospective customers.
- Coordinate with credit, operations and other internal teams for smooth processing.
- Follow up with customers for documentation and loan processing.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update lead status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and defined sales processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0.65 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales / BFSI / Banking / NBFC / Loan Sales.
- Candidates with experience in Home Loan, Auto Loan, Personal Loan, LAP, Retail Finance or other financial products will be preferred.
- Strong communication,
convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert prospects into customers.
- Candidates with relevant local-area experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered for selected locations.
