We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager with Knowledge & Experience in E Commerce portal Handling , vendor listing and Marketing.

Job Summary :

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Revenue Targets

Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for the portal
1. Product Listing & Pricing

Manage product catalog, pricing strategy, discounts, and offers. Ensure listings are SEO + conversion optimized 3.Sales Analytics

Track conversion rate, AOV, CAC, and sales funnel. Report to management weekly

1. MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Digital Marketing

Run Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email/WhatsApp marketing to bring traffic
1. Social Media & Content





Plan Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product posts. Work with designers for creatives
1. Brand Building

Manage brand positioning, offers, festive campaigns, and customer loyalty programs
1. Performance Marketing

Track ROAS, optimize ad spend. Do A/B testing on creatives and landing pages
1. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

Tie-up with influencers, affiliates, and bloggers to drive sales Interested candidates Share the CV

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
