BrainShaala is launching a new Coaching Centre and looking for a highly energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to build the centre from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and lead a strong sales & marketing team.
- Develop strategies to increase student admissions and enrolments.
- Generate leads through school visits, digital marketing, events, referrals, and local marketing.
- Manage parent/student counselling and admission conversions.
- Set and achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Build the BrainShaala brand and presence in the local market.
- Take complete ownership of student growth and business development.

- Robust sales, communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
- Someone who can build a team and business from zero.
- Experience in education/coaching sales & marketing will be an advantage.
