Aditi Toys Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team and contribute to our B2B sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate quotations, proforma invoices, and final bills using Tally/ERP.
- Identify and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, IndiaMART, corporate databases, and online portals.
- Handle customer inquiries, share product catalogues and samples, and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for smooth and timely order execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and timely collections.
- Share product catalogues, promotional content, and WhatsApp updates to generate new business inquiries.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and reasons for lost business.




- Identify opportunities for high-demand products and expansion into new geographical markets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in Excel, CRM, or Tally.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales reports and provide regular pipeline updates to management.

Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation.
- Hands-on knowledge of Tally/ERP and basic MS Excel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, convincing, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with IndiaMART or other B2B portals will be an added advantage.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
