Trimortal Ventures is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive bookings, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills and experience in residential real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
- Generate site visits and convert leads into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and negotiations.
- Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with CRM, Closing, and Sourcing teams for smooth transactions.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.

Requirements




- 2–5+ years of experience in real estate sales.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Graduation preferred.
