We’re Hiring | Sales Manager – Real Estate Are you a passionate real estate sales qualified with a strong track record of converting opportunities into successful closures? Flow Realty is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers to drive sales for our Residential & Plotted Development projects across East & North Bengaluru. ? Key Responsibilities ? Generate and manage leads through various channels and ensure timely follow-ups. ? Conduct site visits and deliver effective property presentations to prospective customers. ? Convert enquiries into bookings and consistently achieve monthly sales targets. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle. ? Develop business through Channel Partners, brokers,



and other referral networks. ? Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. ? Negotiate effectively and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. ? Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, lead status, and customer records. ? Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. ? Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and applicable RERA guidelines. ? What We're Looking For ✔ 3+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales ✔ Experience in Residential and/or Plotted Development projects ✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets ✔ Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills ✔ Good understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market ✔ Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment ?
