About the Role We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can lead the sales team, drive business growth, improve conversions, and consistently achieve monthly targets. ? Key Responsibilities? Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. ? Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue. ? Monitor individual and team performance and ensure target achievement. ? Manage lead follow-ups and improve lead-to-customer conversion. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. ? Train and coach team members on sales techniques, communication, and closing strategies. ? Track sales activities, conversions, and revenue through regular reports.
