Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing (Specialization or prior experience in the Real Estate sector is mandatory)
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing
- Age Eligibility: 30+ years
- Training: Includes a 3-month initial training period
- Key Skills: Excellent communication and robust interpersonal skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Base Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month
- Incentive Bonus: Opportunities to earn massive incentives ranging from ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000+
