Launch the Project with dedicated kick-off.
Assign resources.
Manage the project team, driving motivation, collaboration and performance.
Execute project management plans.
Ensure Task assignments are executed.
Organize Status meetings.
Lead project team meetings effectively and communicate action plans and outcomes.
Coordinate all project tasks and interdependencies.
Modify project plans and update project schedule as needed.
Develop and maintain all project documentation and ensure proper storage in line with internal control requirements.
Ensure project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Project Steering
Set up tracking systems.
Track project metrics.
Continually identify, prioritize and mitigate project risks.
Track actual expenses with the project budget.
Define, track, and report results of project milestones and success metrics through weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting.
Report to the Project stakeholders the project status with related Risks and Mitigation actions.
Project Closure
Hold a post-mortem meeting to evaluate successes and failures.
Create a project punchlist of things that did not get accomplished during the project and work with team members
