Key Responsibilities
Install and configure software, hardware, and networks across the organization.
Monitor system performance diligently and effectively troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Ensure the security and efficiency of the entire IT infrastructure .
Set up accounts and workstations for current and existing employees.
Manage network servers and technology tools , ensuring their optimal functioning.
Troubleshoot system issues and outages promptly to minimize downtime.
Upgrade systems with new releases and models to keep our technology current.




Develop expertise to effectively train staff on current technologies and best practices.
Build and maintain an internal wiki with comprehensive technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Linux & Mac OS .
Knowledge of Asset Management tools .
In-depth knowledge of operating systems .
Strong Networking Skills .
Familiarity with various Hardware components and their functionalities.
Knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services .
Understanding and implementation of Security Policies .
Excellent Troubleshooting skills .
Robust Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Expertise in Security and Monitoring best practices.
