The Data Quality Officer is the first‑line owner of the Issue & Management of Remediation (IMR) process for KYC data‑quality incidents across all BNPP entities.
Working from the GQM central team, the DQA centralizes, assigns, tracks, escalates and closes data‑quality issues, liaising daily with regional KYC Due‑Diligence teams, IT, and the KYC QARC. The role is pivotal in turning raw data‑breaks into actionable remediation plans, ensuring compliance, and protecting the Group’s risk‑profile

Centralize data‑quality issues
Monitor the IMR log/dashboard ( refreshed weekly) to capture recent data breaks.
Maintain a master register of all open issues.

Assign & follow‑up issues
Allocate each issue to the appropriate KYC Due‑Diligence Team or stakeholder.
Conduct root‑cause analysis (IT feed bugs, manual data entry errors, SOP gaps, FSO guideline mis‑alignment).
Perform impact assessments (risk, regulatory, financial).

Run Monthly Operational Committee
Organize and chair the Monthly Operational Committee with regional KYC contacts.
