1)Oversee overall restaurant operations, service standards, and daily business activities.
2)Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
3) Monitor sales, revenue, food costs, manpower, and operational expenses.
4) Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards.
5)Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
6)Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B;, HR, Finance, and other departments.
7) Drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
8)Maintain high standards of discipline, grooming, and hospitality.
Preferred Qualification:
Hotel Management degree/diploma with relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
