Job Responsibilities and Duties
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Travel to various locations to advocate for and ensure the supply of targeted products, as well as manage relationships with existing clients.
Operate outside the office , pitching to potential clients to maximize the company's sales of products and services.
Actively participate in camp activities and promotional activities .
Primarily focus on campaign activities involving physical materials like banners and pamphlets to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Unlike a general field executive, this role demands extensive travel to either find current clients or customers or to maintain solid relationships with existing ones.




Conduct field activities to effectively attract all clients and potential customers to our camps and promotional events.
Arrange meetings with clients or visit their offices or homes to persuade them to purchase a product or subscribe to a service offered by Hearing Solutions.
Your core focus will be to increase client walk-ins to the company's centers.
Be feasible to perform all necessary fieldwork diligently.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Diploma, Graduation, or equivalent qualification.
Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in field sales or marketing.
Skills: Solid communication and persuasion skills are essential, along with a positive attitude and adaptability.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license and be comfortable with extensive travel for field activities.
Other Requirements: Maximum age of 35. This position prefers male candidates.
