Job Title: Atlassian Administrator / Jira Specialist
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Job Location: Gurugram.
Notice Period: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian tools including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
Design and implement end-to-end solutions tailored to business requirements.
Perform Jira configuration, customization, and workflow management.
Manage project setup, maintenance, and migration activities.
Configure and support Atlassian Cloud settings.
Develop automation scripts using Python or other scripting languages for reporting and process improvements.
Integrate Jira and Confluence with third-party tools and systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Present and explain technical solutions in a clear, business-friendly manner.
Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability of Atlassian platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:





Robust expertise in the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
Deep hands-on experience in Jira administration, configuration, and customization.
Experience in Atlassian Cloud configuration and management.
Proficiency in scripting (Python or similar) for automation and reporting.
Experience in integrating Atlassian tools with third-party applications.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred (Nice to Have):
Atlassian certifications (Jira Administrator, ACP, etc.)
Experience with DevOps tools and practices
Knowledge of APIs and automation frameworks
