Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor financial performance of ongoing projects and business operations.
Conduct financial modeling and feasibility analysis for real estate projects.
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general ledger.
Ensure accuracy in financial records and timely processing of payments.
