We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our finance operations and ensure robust financial governance across our manufacturing, retail, and export divisions.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA)



— or a candidate who has attempted the CA final examinations — with 7+ years of relevant post-qualification (or equivalent) experience to join our Finance Department as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in statutory compliance, audit, taxation, and financial reporting, with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape governing the gems and jewellery sector in India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Statutory Compliance & Audit
Lead and coordinate statutory audits, ensuring timely completion and strict adherence to auditing standards.
Prepare and review statutory financial statements and related disclosures in compliance with Ind AS / Indian GAAP.
Manage all regulatory filings, including ROC compliance, MCA filings, and other statutory obligations.
Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws; oversee preparation and filing of tax returns.
