Role Description The Sales Manager at Ekam Studios will oversee the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals with brands, agencies, and other partners. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with content, marketing, and production teams to align offerings with client needs.

The Sales

Manager will manage a sales pipeline, prepare proposals and presentations, track performance against revenue targets, and provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.



The role also includes monitoring market trends, refining sales strategies, and representing Ekam Studios at meetings, events, and industry forums.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in media, content, or digital industries
- Strong client relationship management skills, including stakeholder communication and negotiation
- Ability to develop sales strategies, manage pipelines, and work with targets and KPIs
- Comfort with preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is an advantage
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams in a quick-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Previous experience in brand partnerships, advertising sales, or content monetization is highly beneficial
