Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Sales & Lead Generation Executive to generate international business opportunities through market research, cold emailing, cold calling, product demonstrations and structured follow-ups.

The candidate must have strong English communication, pitching and presentation skills. Training will be provided on using AI for prospect research, email personalisation and sales preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Research international markets, industries and target companies
- Use AI tools to identify prospects and prepare account insights
- Find and verify relevant decision-makers
- Build and maintain accurate prospect databases
- Write personalised cold emails and follow-up sequences
- Conduct professional cold calls with international prospects
- Qualify prospects according to defined business criteria
- Present and demonstrate the company’s services confidently
- Understand prospect requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle initial questions and sales objections
- Schedule qualified meetings for the CEO or senior team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
- Follow up consistently across calls, emails and professional networks
- Achieve agreed outreach, meeting and opportunity targets

Candidate Requirements




- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation or international outreach
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident cold-calling and professional email-writing skills
- Good presentation, demonstration and pitching ability
- Comfortable communicating with international prospects
- Strong research and internet-navigation skills
- Willingness to learn AI-assisted sales workflows
- Persistent and professional approach to follow-ups
- Target-driven mindset with solid personal accountability
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and spreadsheets
- Willing to work from the office during the stated hours

Compensation

Fixed salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated communication skills.

Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives linked to qualified opportunities and successful conversions.
