Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (US Staffing)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales persons to drive business growth in the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring direct clients, developing long-term business relationships, and generating current staffing opportunities across IT and Non-IT domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new direct clients/ tier 1/ prime vendors in the US staffing market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Understand client hiring needs and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver qualified candidates.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Required Skills
- Freshers can apply if they have 06 months of experience in Business Development (BD) or Sales.
- fresher with a relevant internship, you can still be a suitable candidate for this role.




- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Any field.
- Existing network of US clients is an added advantage.
- Experience in IT and Non-IT staffing sales.
- Applicant should be willing to work in US Timings (Night Shift)- Mon to Friday
