Key Responsibilities for Sr. Executive
1. Customer Account Management
- Manage relationships with assigned OEM and Tier-1 customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and business discussions.
- Maintain regular communication with customer purchasing, engineering, quality, and program teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term business growth.
2. Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and upcoming vehicle programs.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Support acquisition of new projects and products.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and market share.
3. RFQ (Request for Quotation) Management
- Receive and review customer RFQs.
- Coordinate with engineering, costing, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
- Prepare commercial quotations and submit them within deadlines.
- Clarify technical and commercial requirements with customers.
4. Pricing and Commercial Negotiation
- Conduct pricing discussions and negotiations with customers.
- Analyze cost structures and profit margins.
- Support annual price reviews and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure business profitability while meeting customer expectations.
5. Project Coordination
- Coordinate current product development activities from quotation through SOP (Start of Production).
- Monitor project milestones and customer deliverables.
- Work closely with R&D;, quality, production, logistics, and procurement teams.
- Manage engineering changes and customer requests.

- Track ongoing customer projects.
- Monitor production readiness and launch activities.
- Support issue resolution during development and mass production.
- Ensure timely communication of customer requirements internally.
7. Sales Forecasting and Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.
- Monitor sales performance against targets.
- Generate management reports and business updates.
- Analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
8. Cost Reduction and Profitability
- Support VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) activities.
- Work with procurement and engineering teams to achieve cost reduction targets.
- Improve profitability of existing programs.
