Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive professionals with strong Project Sales experience in Waterproofing Solutions, Floor Coatings, Epoxy Flooring, and PU (Polyurethane) Flooring.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project-based sales and strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, applicators, and project stakeholders across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive project sales for waterproofing and flooring solutions across Delhi NCR.

- Generate new project leads and develop business opportunities.

- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation, site visits, enquiry, negotiation to closure.

- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, applicators, and project clients.

- Conduct site visits, understand project requirements,



and recommend suitable technical solutions.

- Coordinate with technical/application teams for product demonstrations and project support.

- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects to generate new business.

- Achieve sales targets and maintain a healthy project pipeline.

- Manage existing customers and generate repeat business.

Requirements

- 2–6 years of core Project Sales experience in:
- Waterproofing / Waterproofing Chemicals

- Construction Waterproofing Solutions

- Floor Coatings

- Epoxy Flooring / Epoxy Floor Coatings

- PU / Polyurethane Flooring

- Industrial Flooring

- Project Sales experience is mandatory.

- Strong network among builders, contractors, architects, consultants, applicators, and project clients.

- Valuable knowledge of the Delhi NCR construction/project market.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

- Two-wheeler is mandatory for field and project visits.
