- Sales Executive – Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, phone calls and walk-ins.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Tanjore paintings, brass idols, wooden artefacts and other products.

- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

- Prepare and share quotations, estimates, product photos, videos and product details with customers.

- Explain product specifications, sizes, materials, customization options, pricing and delivery timelines clearly.

- Coordinate with the artists and production team for customized orders and ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately.

- Coordinate with the framing, packaging and dispatch teams to ensure orders are completed and delivered on time.

- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM/system.





- Track pending quotations, follow-ups, advance payments, balances and order status.

- Ensure the company’s payment terms, discount policies and replacement policies are properly communicated to customers.

- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.

- Build strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat orders and referrals.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets.

- Maintain regular follow-up until the order is completed and payment is received.

- Coordinate with the team for corporate orders, bulk orders, return gifts, pooja-room customization and special projects.

- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach while representing the Sankalp Arts & Crafts brand.

- Keep updated with the company’s products, pricing, recent collections and ongoing offers.

- Participate in store activities, exhibitions, events and promotional activities whenever required.
