Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Salesperson role based in Surat. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, presenting Nul Lab Agency’s services, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, lead follow-ups, client meetings, presenting agency services, preparing proposals and quotations, handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals. The role will also involve coordinating with the creative and marketing teams to understand client requirements and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process.

Qualifications




1+ year of experience in sales or business development
Solid lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to pitch creative, digital marketing, social media, and advertising services
Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
Ability to handle objections and confidently close deals
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, branding, or advertising
Ability to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales targets
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency setting
Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or agency sales will be preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
