The candidate will be responsible for understanding customers’ property requirements, recommending suitable projects, arranging site visits, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with potential customers • Understand customers’ budgets and property requirements • Recommend suitable residential and commercial properties • Explain project details, pricing, offers,



and payment plans • Schedule and conduct property site visits • Maintain solid and long-term relationships with customers • Negotiate effectively and close sales • Update lead information and follow-up activities in the CRM • Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth transactions • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets • Stay updated on market trends and new project launches Requirements:
- 1–3 years of sales experience; real estate experience is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities • Customer-focused and target-oriented approach • Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits • A two-wheeler is a must.
