What You'll Do

- Identify and reach out to potential schools, institutions, parents, and other customers .
- Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals.
- Present CareStance and clearly communicate its value to potential customers.
- Schedule and conduct sales calls/demos with schools and decision-makers.
- Convert qualified leads into paid customers/partners .
- Maintain follow-ups and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Track leads, conversations, demos, conversions, and sales performance.

Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new people.
- Sales/business development mindset.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.




- Prior sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory .
- Students, freshers, freelancers, and experienced sales professionals are welcome.
