Role Overview We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive who can independently manage the sales funnel from lead generation to closure and build a strong pipeline of SME/MSME clients.
Key Responsibilities ● Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other channels.
● Prospect and qualify SME/MSME businesses and identify decision-makers. ● Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead → Meeting → Requirement → Quote → Negotiation → Closure. ● Sell and cross-sell insurance solutions including GMC, GPA, GTL, Workmen Compensation, Property, Marine, Cyber, Liability and SME insurance. ● Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve premium/revenue targets. ● Build long-term relationships with Founders, HR Heads, CFOs and Finance/Admin heads. ● Maintain accurate CRM and follow-up records. ● Coordinate with internal placement and servicing teams for smooth client onboarding.
