Position: Backend Sales Operations Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Surat, Gujarat Experience: 0–5 Years | Freshers can apply Education: B.Tech – Electrical preferred Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive Backend Sales Operations Executive to support sales through lead generation, calling, customer follow-ups, quotations, CRM/Odoo updates, and sales coordination . Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through cold calling, online platforms, databases, and referrals . Make daily calls to prospective and existing customers.

Understand customer requirements and qualify leads. Follow up on enquiries, leads, quotations, and pending orders. Prepare quotations, RFQs, BOQs, and sales documents. Coordinate with Sales, Estimation, Engineering, Production, and other departments.

Maintain accurate lead, customer, call, and quotation records in CRM/Odoo. Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales MIS reports. Support the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities. Handle customer communication through calls and emails.

Required

SkillsGood communication and convincing skills. Strong calling, lead generation, and follow-up skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office. Positive coordination and documentation skills. Basic CRM/ERP knowledge; Odoo is an advantage. Electrical/technical product knowledge will be an added advantage. Freshers with excellent communication and learning ability are welcome.

Working Hours
