Sales closing. /n o Attend customers promptly and courteously. /n o Understand customer needs and recommend suitable AMC cookware solution. /n Sales Support /n o Assist customers with product selection, pricing, offers, and payment procedures. /n o Up sell and cross-sell AMC accessories and related products. /n o Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing promotions, discounts, and exchange offers. /n After-Sales Support /n o Handle customer service queries related to product use, care, and warranty. /n o Assist in the processing of returns, exchanges, or service requests. /n Generate sales leads /n o Identify and target potential institutional clients such as corporate institutions, cooking schools, and government institutions etc /n o Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling, networking,

Skills: /n /n

- Education: Graduate in Business / Marketing / Hospitality.

- Experience: 0–2 years in institutional or B2B sales (FMCG, kitchenware, hospitality, or retail/direct sales preferred).
