Sales & Execution Manager – Duxinteriors (Modular Kitchen, Residential & Commercial Interiors)

Duxinteriors delivers end-to-end interior solutions—modular kitchens, residential interiors, and commercial fit-outs. We are looking for a Sales & Execution Manager to drive revenue and ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.

Role Overview

You will lead sales for residential and commercial interiors, manage the execution pipeline, and coordinate with design, production, and site teams to deliver projects within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2C and B2B sales for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and full-home/commercial interiors.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets; manage pipeline, conversions, and average order value.
- Conduct client consultations, site measurements, and design walkthroughs; prepare accurate BOQs and quotations.
- Close deals through effective negotiation on scope, price, timelines, and payment terms.
- Hand over won projects to execution; monitor schedules, material procurement, and site progress.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Resolve on-site issues, manage change requests/variations,



and ensure smooth handovers.
- Build a network of architects, designers, builders, and corporate clients for repeat business.
- Maintain CRM records, weekly forecasts, and project dashboards; track margins and TAT.

Requirements

- 4–8 years in interior sales/execution, with strong exposure to modular kitchens and residential/commercial fit-outs.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value projects (₹10L–₹50L+) and manage multiple concurrent sites.
- Solid understanding of materials, finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and site workflows.
- Excellent client communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM, MS Office, and basic project management tools.

Preferred Skills

- Background in luxury/premium interiors or design-led selling.
- Experience managing turnkey commercial projects (offices, clinics, retail, F&B;).
- Knowledge of cost estimation, variations, and billing cycles for interiors.

Location: Perinthalmnna | Type: Full-time | Travel: Site visits required | Salary: Attractive salary + incentives. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
