Production Head – Sterile Manufacturing Facility (Regulated Markets)
We are seeking an experienced Production Head to lead operations at our sterile manufacturing facility catering to regulated markets. The role is responsible for production planning, execution, process implementation, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with cGMP and global regulatory requirements. The incumbent will drive operational excellence, oversee resource optimization, develop and implement production procedures, and support successful regulatory inspections and audits.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
•Significant experience in sterile manufacturing operations within regulated markets (USFDA, EMA, MHRA, TGA, or equivalent).
•Proven regulatory inspection and compliance exposure.
•Robust expertise in production planning, execution, process validation, SOP development, and team leadership.
•Demonstrated ability to implement systems and procedures that enhance quality, productivity, and compliance.
